The cost of your stay is determined according to the apartment you choose, the length of your stay, and the specific dates you decide on. The value is clearly indicated in the booking procedure on our webpage: www.roomaway.es
City Tax is not included (0.45 € per person per night for an apartment in town and 0.95 € per person per night for a villa, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax). All payments must be made in Euros.
Once “Roomaway” has confirmed that a property is available via the booking system, the details of your credit card is used to charge booking deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your total reservation. Once the booking is finalized, you will receive an email confirming the details of it. This email acts as the proof of your booking and as confirmation of our acceptance of your reservation. See Cancellation policy below.
You can pay the balance of the cost of your holiday when you arrive by using either your creditcard (MasterCard or VISA only) or, if you prefer, you can pay in cash in Euros.
Reservations made through this web page are guaranteed by your the credit card used during the reservation process.
Changes in your reservation dates
If you want to change your reservation dates you must notify “Roomaway” via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) at least 31 days in advance. If there is availability for your alternative dates the change will be made at the prevailing rates for the new dates. If there isn’t any availability for the new chosen dates and you decide to cancel your reservation, “Roomaway” cancellation policy will be applied.
Number and identity of the guests
You must let “Roomaway” know the total number of people that will be in the apartment during your stay, and only the number of people you have specified will be able to use it. In any event maximum number of people allowed will always be limited by the maximum sleeping capacity of each apartment. The client must provide his/her name, mobile phone number and e-mail when making the booking. “Roomaway” reserves the right to ask for the same information from the other guests that will stay in the apartment should it be necessary. Passport details are obligatory for security reasons.
It is not allowed to smoke in any of our apartments.
Animals and pets are unfortunately not allowed either.
Check-in and check-out
Equipment, supplies and cleaning
All water, light and gas supplies are included in the Price of the apartment. You’ll be supplied with a complete set of bed linen and towels. Not included in the price is the cleaning of the apartment, but you can ask for additional cleaning services and additional cleaning of the bed linen and towels and pay these services apart. We will be happy to inform you about the prices for these additional services when we receive your booking or during the check-in.
Some properties provide you with a cot kit so your baby doesn’t miss the comforts of home. Just make a note of them in the comments section of the reservation form or send an email to email@example.com. This service is entirely free.
Extra services for hire
“Roomaway” can provide you with extra services during your stay: a babysitter; cookery classes; wine and city tours; etc. These services must be paid for at the moment of booking. You can hire these services when you make your reservation (in the comments section of the reservation form or by sending an email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning us during your stay. Consult us about prices.
“Roomaway” requires €350 breakage deposit when you check-in, to act as a safety deposit to guarantee that the property and its contents will be handed back in good condition. The Breakage Deposit will be returned to your cash after your check-out and after our cleaning department assures us that there has not been any damage to the apartment or its contents, or complaints from other clients or neighbours. Please, remember that when you accept our terms and conditions, you agree to the fact that any costs that arise from any damage caused by you or by any other of the occupants of your apartment will be deducted from the Breakage Deposit. Notwithstanding what has been already said, when accepting our terms and conditions, you also accept that your responsibility for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents either by you or any other one of the occupants is not limited to the amount of the safety deposit but includes restitution for any damages caused even when the final amount exceeds the amount of the safety deposit.
“Roomaway” is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the apartment by the client, including harm, wounds, loss caused by theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client’s stay in the property there should be a problem that has not been caused by the client which makes it impossible for the client to stay in the apartment; “Roomaway” will look for an laternative property with the same characteristics subject to availability. “Roomaway” cannot assume any responsibility for any money or objects of value left in the property and the communal areas of the building placed at your disposal in the rented property.
All our clients and fellow companions have to behave in a civic-spirited way, respecting the rules of shared space. When this is not respected, “Roomaway” will have the right to request the property to be vacated without the client being entitled to any compensation.

www.roomaway.com reserves the right to change published information at any times, including prices, descriptions and photographs, and to update any one of these terms and conditions at any time.
Access to the apartment
To gain access to your rented property you will have to confirm your arrival time with our team, so we can come to the property to bring you your keys. When you leave you must return these keys. Should you lose these, “Roomaway” reserves the right to charge you 20.00 € for each key you haven’t returned.
